What keeps me up at night:

I Have Had Trouble Sleeping At night. It takes me So long to actually fall asleep. To stay asleep without being woken up is an issue for me now. I had trouble before but after my grandma passed away it got worse. I dont like taking pills or medication but i also know i need sleep and i want to be able to shut my brain down and not go through the day i lost my grandma again or being stressed for many reasons.



I will be using this product and giving my review and how it worked. Stay Tuned.

My Review:

I Tried It and after nearly an hour of taking it i still wasn't sleepy so i thought that was a little odd. eventually like every night i fell asleep but i kept waking up. i feel like it didn't do anything for me. i took it before bed with lots of water and it just didn't do anything for me. i was bummed as i read reviews that this worked wonders and worked good for sleepless nights. i will definitely be giving it another try but it didn't work for me when i took the two capsules.

My Suggestion:

Try it. everyone is different and it may work wonderful for you.
